We discussed the books several of the friends had read concerning the plight of the Japanese women during the Second World Ward. The book they discussed and one which I hadn't read was "The Hotel on the Corner" and I can't remember on the corner of what. Can you help me with remembering the complete name of that book. I think this book took place in Seattle.beverly sibleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15300542054364349290noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-580978899269996730.post-74240446447577656572012-05-22T13:19:03.167-04:002012-05-22T13:19:03.167-04:00Got a copy of 'Emperor' back when it came ...Got a copy of 'Emperor' back when it came out when I was in the book business and was interested in 'Buddha' when it was released. If tightly constructed, sometimes a book doesn't have to be over 150 pages. You confirmed I was correct in getting that copy of 'Emperor' and now the search is on for an affordable copy of her latest book.Raymondhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16539188502749432340noreply@blogger.com
